[通論]Tissot's theorem

1. whatever the systems of transformation, there is at each point in the spherical surface at least one paired orthogonal directions which will also be orthogonal on the projection.
2. 經由投影之後，不管如何變形，在地球表面上的任何一點，都至少有一對直角的方位(paired orthogonal directions)，在地圖上也是直角的。
3. 直角的方位：東-西向與南-北向、西北-東南與東北-西南，以上為兩對直角的方位。
